The Brief

Olive Works is a dynamic South African company operating in construction, real estate, and property management. Founded by Nkosazana Kondlo — a respected industry leader with over 20 years of experience and senior roles at Investec Property Fund and Liberty Portfolio — the business was growing fast but lacked a professional brand presence.

Circle Media was approached to create a complete brand identity system that reflected Olive Works’ credibility, corporate positioning, and growth ambitions.

Challenge

Despite the founder’s impressive background and track record, Olive Works had:

  • Amateur branding — the logo was self-developed and lacked polish.

  • An outdated Wix website that looked student-built, undermining credibility.

  • Unclear positioning, making it difficult to stand out in competitive property and real estate markets.
